Hello everyone.
A rather belated happy new year! I hope you all had an enjoyable Christmas period.
Thierry and myself recently exhibited at a relatively new show in the south of France. Good fun, but it was a long long way to travel by car. If you are interested in visiting a French tool fair then please contact us, as there are a number that are growing in size and are well worth a visit. Alongside Bièvres ion May 1st, there are a couple of shows that are growing in stature. St.Nectaire is one that is a weekend event held in a small village and is hosted by a rather large Casino. So if you are an gambling tool enthusiast that enjoys good food and drink then this would be right up your street!
We have a lot on in the forthcoming weeks, there is a David Stanley to be held in early February and we have planned a tool buying trip which should just about cover the UK. With a bit of luck we might just find a couple of tasty bits, so keep coming back just in case.
We would like to change a few articles and make the web site a bit fresher looking so please do email me (alex@classictools.com) with any interesting articles that you think might be suitable for posting on the site.
No one is yet to guess the Whatsit correctly, email all your guesses into Thierry, and if correctly you will have the honor of having your name plastered on the homepage.
All the best,
Alex
